By accessing and using SignDesk E-Sign, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SignDesk E-Sign for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
3. Subscription & Billing
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Billing information must be current and accurate
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or years
4. User Accounts & Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Company Admins are responsible for managing user access within their organization
5. Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all quotations, documents, and signatures
- SignDesk E-Sign does not claim ownership of your data
- We have the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
- Each tenant's data is completely isolated and never shared
6. Legal Effect of E-Signatures
By using SignDesk E-Sign to execute documents, you agree that:
- Your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature
- You have the authority to electronically sign documents
- The signed documents constitute legally enforceable agreements
- We maintain an audit trail for compliance and verification purposes
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on SignDesk E-Sign are provided on an 'as is' basis. SignDesk Web & Security makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall SignDesk Web & Security or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SignDesk E-Sign, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
- Transmit obscene or offensive content
- Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue within our platform
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for illegal purposes
10. Changes to Terms
